Okay...coupons. You hate 'em or you love 'em. But if you combine them with sales you can get free food, and cheap food. My recent "hunt" yielded Betty Crocker frosting for 45cents, Taco Bell taco shells for 60cents, Taco Sauce for 60cents, Bagelfuls for 50cents, and Yoplait for 39cents each.
Where do you get the coupons? Use coupons.com or couponbug.com. Also, keep your Smart Source, Red Plum and Proctor and Gamble inserts from the Sunday paper.
How do you match it with a great deal? Let a computer do the work for you! I use two sites...Pinching Your Pennies and GrocerySmarts. At Grocery Smarts you need a passport for your state. In Utah/Idaho use g84csk. If you go to Pinching Your Pennies you will find state forums and you can get information there and a passport for the grocerysmarts site.
For a complete online "class" at Pinching Your Pennies see: Coupons 101!
I've listed my favorite coupon sites, blogs, and all else in my links box! Check it out!

Raising a family and affording homeschool can be a tough combination. Since many of my friends (homeschoolers and non-homeschoolers alike) keep asking for my tips and ideas, I've decided to share them with everyone!
You'll find frugal tips for all aspects of life with a family. And you'll find all the free and frugal homeschool resources I can find!
